Oracle of Consciousness

#122 - Where Attention
Goes, Energy Flows.

Wherever we put our attention, energy flows to that place.

Acupuncture, is the truly amazing, four-thousand-year-old traditional Chinese treatment where tiny needles are inserted to stimulate Meridians and Nadis, the energy centres in our body to remedy and put right a condition, malady, or an imbalance in our bodies and ultimately, in our life.

The needles actually don't do anything other than stimulate these energy centres. It's not the needle that actually does the healing, although on the surface it appears that way.

What literally happens is the needle is inserted into an energy centre and we feel the needle penetrating the skin.

Immediately our attention is drawn to that tiny pinprick and instantly followed by our energy directed to that point.

Our energy is guided into that location and it is our positive, high energy that will facilitate the healing.

In fact the needle may be inserted well away from the point of imbalance or discomfort.

Isn't that extraordinary?

Where attention goes,
energy flows.

You the infinite being that animates this body and feels all of these sensations in the body, does the healing.

What we need to do, is to be aware and conscious of where we are putting our attention.

Is it predominantly within the mind, on our thoughts, emotions, the future, or past, because the same principle still applies to those areas -

Where attention goes, energy flows.

If we are constantly worried about the future, all of our energy will be drained from present time and be fixated upon a time-to-come, which basically is a story we are making up in our head, because we do not have 100% certainty about what is going to transpire tomorrow!

If we're continually regurgitating the past, some trauma, or past experience that was unpleasant or that we haven't forgiven ourselves or others for, then our energy is drawn away from present and into the past, of which we can change absolutely nothing!

We are depleting our ability to be present, in present time.

This sacred, precious moment of time that in an instant, has now past.

And we missed it!

All we have is NOW!

Ask yourself:
"Where do I need to put my attention in this moment?"

Be guided by your heart
and intuition.

You are and have unlimited energy, use it well!
